The original dance fitness class – with a HITT twist.  40 minutes of dance-based cardio alternates between low-impact, high and low-intensity moves designed to maximise your calorie-burning potential. Followed by 20 minutes of full-body strength training and stretching to keep those calories burning long after class is over.
